Corvette Owner Nearly Hit With Debris While Attempting To Rescue Flooded Car: Video

Seeing your car flooded is not a good day; watching your C4 Corvette flood is a worse day. However, things could have been a lot worse for the owner of this Corvette.

Video shows the owner prying at something near the rear tire while a tow truck works to rescue the C4 Corvette. Suddenly, a crashing amount of wood planks falls, rips through the water and is only broken by the front end of the Corvette. Instinctively, she ducks and avoids nearly being knocked out by the debris.

It all happens pretty quickly around the 0:05 mark of the video. Thankfully, the only pain she likely felt is the state heavy rains left her car in. The water level looks to have risen well past the door seal and nearly covered the wheels and tires. Following the crashing debris, the look on the owner’s face conveys what we likely would all feel.

Have a look for yourself right up above.
