When it comes to the idea of assessing the value of something, whether it be a used car or a rare species of fish, we tend to turn to those who we consider to be credible. For some that’s Kelly Blue Book, for others it’s the people close to them whose opinions they value.
During this Hagerty Seminar on pony and muscle car valuation, the panel of experts is comprised of: John Stein, the moderator of the seminar and the Editor in Chief of the Hagerty magazine; Ken Lingenfelter, who we all know for his work with Lingenfelter Performance Engineering and the Lingenfelter Collection; Alain Squindo, the COO of RM Auctions, Rob Sass, a prominent figure in the automotive industry and the current Editor in Chief of Chevrolet’s New Roads magazine; and last but not least Dave Kinney who is a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers.
If you’re settling in to watch this video then sit back and kick your shoes off, ’cause you’ve got just over 60 minutes of footage to watch. You’ll hear about everything from the influences of Brexit, or lack thereof, to Ken’s theory that the demand for 80’s and 90’s vehicles is on the rise, and much more.
