Had my fingers crossed for that Buick red to come to Cascada. Does Europe not like red cars?
Generally speaking, Europe “likes” traditional colors and also unique ones that are not even available in North America due to higher levels of personalization and customization. The fact that there is no red on the Cascada in Europe or in North America is surprising, to say the least. I’m chalking it up to an anomaly.
Badge engineering is still alive and well at the General .
Buick and Opel-Vauxhall are a global hybrid brand now.

Would love to trade my 5th Gen. Camaro Convertible for the Cascada but with the measly 200 hp engine, I wouldn’t go near it. Needs at a bare minimum 250 hp.
Not only that FWD vs RWD? Quite a change.
The car everyone wants is the car I have. It’s a 2004 toyota solara sle-v6. It seats 4 COMFORTABLY, has great pickup, brakes and steers good, minimum computer junk, cd/am/fm/cassette, FULL SIZE TRUNK, has 113000 miles but runs like new. I have only had to do maintainance on it….no repairs. I get MANY compliments, even now. Why can’t anyone make a car like mine so I can buy a new one!
