Live Your Racing Fantasy And Buy The LG Motorsports ALMS GT2 Corvette

Sell the house, take out a high interest loan, and stop saving for your kid’s college tuition. Because none of that matters. If you’ve always wanted to be a race car driver, now’s your chance because for the princely sum of $390,000, LG Motorsports’ ALMS GT2 Corvette could be yours.

Currently collecting dust at the National Corvette Museum, this sixth-generation Corvette was built by LG Motorsports, Riley Technologies, and CRD Engine Development, and was the only GT2 Corvette not backed by the factory in ALMS, according to LSXTV.

LG Motorsports claims car has less than 30 hours on it. LSXTV notes that the car was rebuilt by LG Motorsports back in 2009 after a crash in Long Beach. The car also comes with a “fresh” 6.0-liter (yes, 6.0-liter) LS3 engine pushing 490-horsepower through a sequential flat shifting transmission. Massive 15-inch brakes help the lightweight ‘Vette quickly come to a halt.

Available since July 2009, according to LSXTV, LG Motorsports is offering the right buyer the chance to get an awesome weekend racer and a piece of Corvette history. Check out LG Motorsports’ site if you have a space $390,000 in your bank account or if you’re willing to forgo your kid’s college education to live out your own racing fantasies.
