The Chevrolet Spark EV is beginning to arrive across select U.S. markets. Sadly, those markets don’t include Michigan just yet, so we can’t really gauge how well it “moves like electricity.” However, Chevy’s claim that the Spark EV features more torque than a Ferrari 458 Italia is dead on. And since we brought it up to the PR guys earlier this year, we’ll take the credit for that quote.

While the Spark EV is definitely a funny idea, GM still doesn not seem to understand that production scale of electrical vehicles is still insufficient to deploy in low segments.
