So far for the upcoming 2013 model range, Buick has made IntelliLink standard across all models and updated the infotainment system with a few useful features. But the Tri-Shield brand is not stopping there, and has created a support network for customers who need help getting familiar with the IntelliLink system.
The support center, officially named Customer and Relationship Service (CARS) Infotainment Customer Support Team, for IntelliLink is based in Austin, Texas and will provide one-on-one assistance to owners. According to Buick spokesman Nick Richards, the support center will be accessible via a call to OnStar, who will then be able to transfer the customer to the support team. In addition, there is a separate 800 number that customers will be able to call to reach the CARS support team directly at 1-855-478-7767.

Yupp, we just heard as much. Thanks! 🙂
after pairing my phone I say a command but the lady will not repeat the correct #. If I say call Mike she says I did not understand, or she says did you say #5 or something off the wall. If I say dial 1234567890 she says did you say 1901234567890 adding # I did not even say and will not dial any name at all I have tried several times and so has my daughter. Is there something wrong with it? Should I see a dealer?
Brenda — sorry you’re having troubles. I’d give 855-478-7767 a call…
Has this been resolved? I’m having the exact same issue on my 2014 Buick Enclave. What is the solution??
