The Buick Regal is getting several changes for the 2016 model year, which will likely end up being the last year of the Epsilon II-platformed sedan until the all-new 2017 Regal comes to market.

New Colors

Comments
Did not know that 2016 model year is the last year before the next gen regal comes out. Hope they award that product to Oshawa as they really need a new model to keep the line running.
The key word is “likely”, as in it “will likely end up being the last year”. There might be a 2017 Epsilon II-based Regal, as well.
From everything I had read, it was already known the Oshawa plant was to be completely closed after the 2016 model year.
To bad the Oshawa plant is closing because it has always had among the highest output and quality of GM’s many manufacturing plants.
Unfortunately also among the highest in cost per ‘man’ hour of production as well.
Cest la vie.
I hope there is a last minute announcement of a new product. Maybe use the flex line to build the Colorado and Canyon to offset the higher than expected demand.
Why in the world does this car need 19″ wheels on lower trim levels. They should be 17’s. It’s going to come to a point where you will need to take a loan out just to replace these oversized rough riding rubber band tires on these stupid new cars.
Why do I not have daytime running lights on my 2016 Regal?
