Opel/Vauxhall’s new Vivaro commercial van can be used for all sorts of jobs and tasks. Its multiple configurations allow you to carry people or cargo, and its 1.6-liter diesel engines are relatively efficient in the city and on the highway. It’s not all functionality and practicality though, a point proven in Vauxhall’s new promo video for the van.
Rather than producing a typical commercial for the Vivaro highlighting its new features, Vauxhall decided to have a bit more fun with its marketing. They employed precision driver Paul Swift to hoon the van around the Luton, UK plant where it’s manufactured, and the results are impressive to say the least.
“As Britain’s largest LCV manufacturer, we want to ensure that every customer receives the very best van that we can produce, and that means putting it through the most demanding maneuvers we can think of,” said Luton Plant Director Mike Wright.
