Even months after its official reveal, the striking design of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray is still widely conversed about. Perhaps it’s the new front clip that’s really caught your eye, or the more expressive side vents just behind the front wheel wells. Or perhaps the new rear fascia design and LED tail lights. It may be due to the fact that it’s all so much more of an evolved look for the Corvette, one that speaks to a new generation, and that they all were part of a list of goals set out by the Corvette design team.
In the video below, Corvette Exterior Design Manager Kirk Bennion lists off five of the goals he and his team had for the Stingray’s exterior. We think they accomplished every single one.
