Watch A 685 Horsepower Opel Kadett Take Down A Ferrari And A Porsche: Video

You could call this Opel Kadett built by German tuning company WKT a ‘sleeper’, but that might be a bit of an understatement. This insane hatchback was brought out to a drag strip by the company for some high speed runs, where it was pitted against German and Italian exotica of the highest order. And won.

The car is packing swapped 2.0-liter turbocharged engine running 35.5 psi of boost, resulting in about 685 horsepower. According to the YouTube description, it will do 62-124 mph (100-200km/h) in 4.5 seconds and 62-155 mph (100-250 km/h) in just 8.2 seconds. Also, if you have a death wish, it will reach a top speed of 194 mph.

WKT was able to take down a Ferrari 458 Speciale and Porsche 911 Turbo in their Kadett, but were no match for a motorcycle, and were beat by a Yamaha R1. Check out the video below.
