Refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade Launches In Mexico

Five months after confirming the updated Escalade for Mexico, General Motors has just launched the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade in the Latin country.

The automaker officially launched the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade in Mexico as the luxury brand’s latest product launching in the local market in calendar year 2024. As such, the 2025 Escalade’s substantial changes and increased level of refinement will be critical for the iconic luxury SUV to regain momentum as the brand’s best-selling model in the Mexican market.

“Since its launch in Mexico in 2001, Escalade has been a benchmark in the luxury large SUV segment, thanks to its bold and handcrafted design that combines technology and performance,” said Marketing Manager for Cadillac at GM Mexico, Teresa Vera. “Escalade is the leader in its category in our country, with more than 16,300 units sold since its arrival, and with the renewal we are sure that it will offer much more than what our customers expect,” she added.

Featuring a carefully refreshed exterior design and a more premium interior with next-generation technology, the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade is offered in Mexico in Premium Luxury and V-Sport (or Escalade-V) trim levels in the Mexican market. Both trims are available in standard and extended-wheelbase Escalade ESV configurations.

As expected, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade maintains the same two engine options in the domestic market of Mexico. The naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87, with 425 metric horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque, equips the Premium Luxury, while the 2025 Escalade V-Sport incorporates the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 engine producing 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque. Both powerplants are managed by GM’s 10-speed automatic transmission.

The refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade will be available for sale starting the last week of December at Cadillac’s official dealer network in Mexico, so far the only country in Latin America where GM’s luxury brand has an official and direct presence. By introducing an updated design and the latest technological innovations inherited from the all-electric Cadillac Escalade IQ, the 2025 Escalade seeks to strengthen its dominance within the segment in Mexico.

  • Hope the deals on it are better than in the US. Here (on ’24s), you get a whopping $3000 conquest-only deal, which is the same stupid deal you can get on an Encore GX. No loyalty and pennies (Escalade should be $13000).

  • Why would any COMPANY RELEASE new vehicles to another country before they release them in our own country(USA) ???? These people need to put Americans FIRST!!!!🤦🤦🤦

  • Keep the Hyundai Palisades marker lights, Mary. Play it safe. Don't try anything new and original. Merry Christmas .
