  • HOW ABOUT GETTING THESE PICKUPS HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES!!?? I LOVE THE GMC & CHEVROLET HEAVY PICK-UPS!! BUT I AM STYMIED BY NO SILVERADO OR SIERRA PICKUPS DON'T SEE ANY OF THE ABOVE!! MAYBE SOME OLDER RIGS, BUT ONLY SEE THE COLORADO'S!! I NEED A BIGGER RIG FOR MY FLEDGLING FARM!!

    • I wouldn’t bet on a $7,000 discount as supplies dwindle. I know some dealers talking about adding a $2,500 market adjustment. It’s all about supply and demand.

      • I'd also not bet on finding what you want. There are two dealers in my area. One dealer has 12 Silverados on the lot. The other has 4. Neither is offering $7000 off. As an aside, both dealers have ZERO Colorados on the lot.

        • The 7000 off is from GM if they don't offer they are pocketing it. So they should be offering. If not don't do business with them ever.

          • $7000 off from GM doesn't matter. Mark up the MSRP by $3000. Give the $7000 off by GM. Final result is $4000 off. And it's not like anyone interested in a Silverado around here has a choice. Both dealers in the city are only offering $4000 off. What's more, look beyond the city to the next closest dealer, they only have 3 Silverado on the lot, and are also ONLY offering $4000 off, not $7000. Also, if you look a few posts down, i'm not the only one saying dealers are ONLY offering $4000 off.

Good luck to anyone that wants a vehicle right now.

  • No kidding! The new truck lots look like used truck lots with new truck prices. Very little to choose from. Looks like it's going to be this way for another year (my guess). If you can wait, do so.

  • If you need a truck you pay the price no matter how much.My number one weakness in life cars, trucks and anything with wheels.I have owned 60 since 1967.The good thing is there are a lot to choose from.Gm,Ford,Dodge.They all are good.I have had all at one time or another. The most important thing to remember is the service after the sale if something happens.

  • Included in those rebates are $2000 which is on all 2.7t and all-star disc. which is on all window stickers.

  • Damn, no comment yet from shocknaww about how the crappy interiors are the cause for the discounts and sales? Disappointed, maybe he just wakes up around now after a night of gaming in his moms basement?

    • Not in this market. Take what you can get or wait it out. Dealers still have the same overhead with fewer vehicles to cover it with. I have seen some dealers with single digit new vehicle inventory. That’s cars, trucks, and SUV’s. Now is the time to sell a used vehicle. You can make out like a bandit. Just be prepared to pay out the wazoo for a used replacement. Especially, trucks and SUV’s.

  • I have been watching the car and truck sales most all of my driving life. Most of our problems today are electrical with electronics coming from other countries.I do not see much improvement in todays American built autos and trucks because of this. The mechanical parts are better the ever but we will be in trouble in the future with these. The makers today do not want you keeping your vehicles longer then 3 years and expect you to buy new often. The Warranty proves this .
