Per pricing data GM Authority published previously, $94,890 is the starting price for the 2024 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing. This MSRP includes a destination freight charge or DFC of $1,395. For Cadillac, Black Diamond Tricoat is currently offered only on 2024 model year models featuring the 20th Anniversary V-Series Commemorative content as standard. The powerplant of the 2024 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing is the same supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 gasoline engine as in 2023. This engine churns out a whopping 668 horsepower and 659 pound-feet of torque. Cog swaps are provided standard by a Tremec-supplied six-speed manual transmission. The GM 10-speed automatic (RPO code MHX) can be optioned at $2,275 as an alternate choice. The Blackwing’s design enables RWD only, with no all-wheel drive on offer.
Like other Cadillac CT5 variants, the GM Alpha 2 platform underpins the Blackwing. Production takes place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan. For the next model year, the 2025 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing will feature a mid-cycle refresh, similar to other members of the 2025 Cadillac CT5 vehicle family.
