2024 Chevy Silverado HD Pricing Uncovered

GM unveiled the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD last September, pulling the sheets on a full model refresh that includes a revised exterior, an overhauled cabin, powertrain updates, and the new Silverado HD ZR2 off-roader. According to GM Authority sources, base pricing for the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD has increased across the trim level range. Compared to the preceding 2023 model year, refreshed 2500HD models are now $1,100 to $1,900 more expensive, depending on the trim level selected:

• WT Regular Cab Long Bed: +$1,900
• WT Double Cab and Crew Cab: +$1,200
• Custom: +$1,100
• LT: +$1,700
• LTZ: +$1,300
• High Country: +$1,500

Meanwhile, 3500HD models are now $1,200 to $2,000 more expensive, depending on the trim level selected:

• WT Regular Cab and Regular Chassis Cab: +$1,900
• WT Double Cab, Crew Cab and Crew Chassis Cab: +$1,200
• LT SRW (all body styles): +$1,700
• LT DRW (all body styles): +$1,900
• LTZ SRW (all body styles): +$1,300
• LTZ DRW (all body styles): +$1,500
• High Country SRW (all body styles): +$1,500
• High Country DRW: +$2,000

Note that prices listed here include a destination freight charge (DFC) of $1,895. Additionally, this 2024 Chevy Silverado HD pricing information details models equipped with the naturally aspirated 6.6L V8 L8T gasoline engine, which is included as standard across the trim level lineup. The 6.6L V8 L8T is rated at 401 horsepower and 464 pound-feet of torque, mating to the Allison-branded 10-speed automatic transmission, as compared to the GM six-speed automatic transmission equipped prior to the 2024-model-year refresh.

Meanwhile, 2024 Chevy Silverado HD pricing information for models equipped with the optional 6.6L V8 L5P turbodiesel Duramax engine is currently unavailable. As a reminder, the 6.6L V8 L5P is now rated at 470 horsepower and 975 pound-feet of torque, a significant boost compared to ratings of 445 horsepower and 910 pound-feet of torque prior to the 2024-model-year refresh.

Under the skin, the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD rides on a more-capable variant of the GM T1 platform. Production kicks off in February at the GM Flint plant in Michigan and GM Oshawa plant in Canada. Retail orders will open January 19^th while fleet orders will open later on in the month.
