The new 2021 Cadillac Escalade has just been recognized as the 2021 SUV of the Year in Russia, just a couple of months after it went on sale in that country. General Motors announced that its iconic luxury SUV was recognized as the best utility in the Full-size SUV category at the annual automotive awards ceremony held in Moscow on September 15th.
The fifth-generation Cadillac Escalade officially arrived in Russia in early July, when it began its commercialization in the local GM dealer network of the Eurasian country. Since then, Cadillac’s full-size SUV has captured the attention of the Russian public and press due to its high level of refinement and technological equipment, making it the most advanced Escalade ever.
“We are delighted that the new Cadillac Escalade has been warmly received in the blogging industry,” said Director of Marketing and Public Relations of General Motors Russia, Olga Burlakova, in a statement. “This is the most reliable, comfortable and most technologically advanced Escalade in the history of the model, which really deserves to be the SUV of the Year. We appreciate the jury’s recognition and are grateful for our victory,” she added.
This is the second year in a row that the Cadillac Escalade has been recognized as the SUV of the year in Russia. Notably, the fourth-generation Escalade received the 2020 Off-Road Vehicle of the Year award in the final model year of its generation cycle, beating out prominent models such as the Audi Q7, BMW X7, Lexus GX, and Mercedes-Benz GLS. Large American SUVs are highly valued in the Russian market.
Russia’s SUV of the Year award has been handed out by Club 4×4 magazine for the last 16 years to recognize the most influential vehicles on the Russian market. The nominees are divided into five groups: “SUVs,” “crossovers,” “mono-drive crossovers,” “pickups” and “electric and hybrid crossovers,” each of which is divided into categories based on the size of the car.
This year, the new Cadillac Escalade beat out eight rivals in the category of four-wheel drive utility vehicles weighing more than two tons currently on sale in Russia. Thanks to its high level of refinement, striking design, standard 38-inch curved OLED display and AKG surround sound system, the next-generation Escalade was the favorite of the jury made up of key journalists and bloggers from the Russian automotive industry.

Attention ruskies cut wires to onstar or the KGB will track your movements and then check for GPS trackers daily.
Why don't we fill orders here in the US. Before we worry about sending them to Russia. America
first.
America first ended this year.Every vote counts even those of the dead and those of the people who moved and picked out of the mail.
Trump lost his own recount in Arizona. Lol
You really can’t help it can you? I’ll ask again are you banned from all the news sites where they constantly talk politics? Yesterday a person said 4 words and you turned that into restricting voting rights, buying more guns, and woman's rights. How much money do you get paid to come on here and shill for the liberal party?
It was never about the recount Andy. A recount only counts the same votes legal or illegal without ever much disparity.
The AUDIT is about verifying legality of each vote and fraud. AND it discovered at least 57000 fraudulent votes, not to mention other criminal activity such as election workers deleting information on hard drives-among other things. Stop watching DNCNN. Your Lol is Lol at your own ignorance.
Sorry, you’re right. Russia Today, Newsmax, and OANN is where I’m going to get all my news now. Also signing up for the Epoch Times newsletter to get all my Hunter Biden conspiracy information. It turns out, the vaccine contains chips from his missing laptop!!!
How about you just go those website to push your agenda since you are incapable of talking about anything related to vehicles on here. The only thing you ever talk about that could even be considered automotive related is Mary besides that you do nothing but talk about politics and try to race/gender bait people even though you are terrible at it and 99% of the time look like a fool. Even Peter G is capable of speaking about the articles in question, but you nope always politics.
And yet, here you are engaging with me. I’m flattered.
I just wonder if you are actually capable about talking about anything but politics and Mary?
Anything you write is pure garbage, Andy. You are a tool and very toxic on whatever forum you contribute and make a mess for yourself. Like I said and will say it again, people on this site despise you and it is obvious of what I'm reading coming from other posters. And it is obvious that you waste quality time for nothing. It must be sad living in your world with a toxic environment.
You took the words right out of my mouth.
Stay with ABC news, where they said "the big guy''would win Wisconsin by 17% and he won by .5% or 20k votes, talk about voter suppression by the hands of fake news and burying any news about ''the smartest guy in the world''that sleepy knows crackhead biden.
Well Andy, somebody has to be reporting the news correctly? Huh? It's one or the other. You put your stock in DNCNN, as if they're not biased against conservatives? And they ALWAYS report the truth even if it hurts dems? They never ignore stories? Like Hunter Biden? Hillary, etc? Right?
Sing with me:
Russia-Russia-Ruuuuus-sia
Russia-Russia-Ruuuuus-sia
God you’re stupid.
What does trump or the Arizona audit have to do with this article? What’s up with you man are you ok? Why are you obsessing over a man who has been out of office for almost 10 months now. Trump lost Andy get over it.
Right!!!!
Right!!
Where are they built?
