A recent update to the various GM MyBrand applications for smartphones, which include the MyChevrolet, MyBuick, MyGMC, MyCadillac, allows users to shop for new vehicles and browse available deals and offers on certain models.
In addition to being able to browse new vehicles and eligible offers from within the app, the update will allow users to shop for official GM Accessories items, including floor protection products, interior and exterior accessories, wheels and cargo management nets. Users will also be able to use the app to shop for official GM repair and maintenance parts, including brakes, filters, batteries, ignition components and wiper blades, among more.
Lastly, the update allows users to activate and manage subscriptions for OnStar and GM Connected Services, as well, making it easier to subscribe to or cancel OnStar/Connected Services plans, among other advantages.
The GM MyBrand apps provide various features and functions, including Wi-Fi hotspot management, driving habit insights, service scheduling, trailering features, roadside assistance, vehicle status, remote vehicle commands and more. Owners of electric GM vehicles, including the Chevy Bolt EV and Bolt EUV, can also use the app’s newly revised ‘Energy Assist’ feature to manage their vehicle’s energy consumption, find charging stalls and even pay for charging sessions.
Going forward, GM plans to offer a wide variety of in-vehicle features through a subscription model – a strategy that will be enabled by its new connected Vehicle Intelligence Platform and Ultifi end-to-end software platform. It’s possible these subscription services could also be managed through the MyBrand apps, giving users easy access to subscription-based in-vehicle features like paid software.
The GM MyBrand apps in the latest 5.14 version are available to download now for iPhone and Android via the Apple App Store and Google Play store.

Whatever, none of that interests me. I just drive the dang thing! In fact, I would love to opt out of the infotainment system and save a thousand dollars! I don’t want it or need it.
Old school. I agree. Do not need all of this distracting crap on my dash! Also how about giving me back my CD player !
Amen brother!
Must have gone to the same school, I agree with you guys.
I have a 2022 CT4 V Black Wing and the computer systems is a complete nightmare and after 14-months Cadillac still hasn't fixed it and refuses to accept responsibility for the car. I use the app and being a computer engineer it is not reliable and/or accurate.
