2024 Cadillac Escalade Configurator Live

The 2024 Cadillac Escalade arrives as the fourth model year for the latest fifth-generation luxury SUV, introducing only a handful of small updates and changes compared to the preceding 2023 model year. The 2024 Escalade was originally expected to introduce a mid-cycle refresh, but the refreshed Escalade is now expected to debut for the 2025 model year instead. That said, interested fans and potential customers can spec the 2024 Cadillac Escalade using the official online configurator tool at Cadillac’s website.

As was also the case for the 2023 model year, the 2024 Cadillac Escalade is available in the standard-length body configuration, as well as the extended-length ESV body configuration, the latter of which adds additional overall length, a longer wheelbase, and expanded cargo room. The trim level lineup includes Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum, and Sport Platinum. To note, the high-performance 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V is also available to configure at Cadillac’s website.

With regard to non-V variants, the Cadillac Escalade is available with two engine options, including the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine, rated at 420 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and 460 pound-feet of torque at 4,100 rpm, and the 3.0L I6 LM2 turbodiesel Duramax engine, rated at 277 horsepower at 3,750 rpm and 460 pound-feet of torque at 1,500 rpm. Both powerplants mate the GM 10-speed automatic transmission as standard, with either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive on offer to put the power to the pavement.

As for updates over the preceding 2023 model year, the 2024 Cadillac Escalade introduces a few changes to the exterior paint options list, with Mahogany Metallic (paint code G48) no longer available. Additionally, Black Diamond Tricoat (paint code GLK) is offered with limited availability exclusively for the high-performance Cadillac Escalade-V. As GM Authority covered previously, pricing for all 2024 Cadillac Escalade trim levels has increased compared to 2023-model-year vehicles.

The 2024 Cadillac Escalade should not be confused with the all-electric Cadillac Escalade IQ. All variants of the fifth-generation, ICE-powered Cadillac Escalade ride on the GM T1 platform. Production takes place exclusively at the GM Arlington plant in Texas.

    • Nah; it's not sagging, it's the design of the slightly curved Roofline towards the rear which is giving it that type of appearance.

  • well thats because it actually is. the tahoe is @ss sagging. not present on the suburban (and esv caddy). the previous gen had a good rake to prevent that. this one needs a 1" lift in the rear to fix the sag.

i had to put spring spacers on the tahoe to make it look like i dont have 5 bodies in the back at all times. i dont have the magneticgimmick suspension tho
