Corsa Performance Will Give 5.3L V8-Powered Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra More Grunt

Owners of the current-generation Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra equipped with the 5.3L L83 V8 may have settled for a smaller engine, but that doesn’t mean they need to settle for a quite exhaust.

Corsa Performance has stepped up to offer customers of these trucks an alternative to the factory exhaust system. Shoppers have the choice between a Touring setup or a Sport setup, with the Sport model being more audible and more aggressive. Either setup is available for all wheel bases.

The Touring option starts at $1,069.95 plus shipping, which is actually a discounted price from the original $1,356.99 sticker price. It’s worth noting that all Touring applications come in a side-exit configuration. The Sport option starts at $1,255.00 plus shipping, which has been marked down from $1,673.29. The Sport application is available in both a dual-rear-exit or a side-exit configuration. While both applications offer twin tip exhausts in either a black or polished finish, the Sport application also offers a single tip.

  • Not to mention the coin you'd save. I personally opt for cut-outs or muffler deletes as you suggested. I really like the duality of a cut-out. I have a QTP one on the Saab.
