Cadillac ELR deliveries in the United States totaled 3 units in January 2017, as dealers continue to push remaining inventory of the now-discontinued two-door extended-range luxury electric car out the door.
MODEL | JAN 17 / JAN 16 | JANUARY 17 | JANUARY 16 |

In Canada, the ELR didn’t record any deliveries in January 2017.
ELR production ended in February 2015, and these sales figures represent run-out sales of remaining inventory of the vehicle.
The discontinuation of the ELR, however, does not mean the end of electrified Cadillac vehicles, as the prestige luxury brand will build the ELR’s technology into other vehicles, such as the Cadillac CT6 PHEV.

Cadillac's ELR is proof that looks is not enough especially when a car has a $70K price and isn't able to differentiate itself from a lesser car as the ELR was viewed by many to being like Cadillac's Cimarron of yesteryear; it may have made a difference if Cadillac had used an electric motor which would had given the ELR performance equal to a sports sedan given it's high cost and possibly a fuel cell instead of a 4-cyl engine to recharge the battery.
the ELR is the ugliest car on earth.
