D3 Cadillac are the people you want tuning your Caddy if you happen to own one over on the west coast. Not only do they amp up Cadillac’s V-Series cars, but they even stretch to the Escalade and SRX. They know their stuff, and nothing makes that more apparent than their newest video of this second-generation CTS-V chasing down a Nissan GT-R.
The action is all captured via Go-Pro, with Need For Speed-like slow-mo shots of “The Encounter” and “The Getaway,” a proper touch. D3 did not supply what the extra go-fast bits happen to be on this particular CTS-V, but the tuning group offers anything from superchargers, to tunes and even racing transmissions for Cadillacs.
Whatever is powering it, it’s incredible.
Once the Cadillac makes its move on not only the initial GT-R, it passes a second one in the process, leaving the two supercars behind in a tidal wave of supercharged V8 roar. Check out all the action in the video right down below.
