Vauxhall has launched a brand new commercial starring the Volt‘s (perhaps better-looking?) twin, the Ampera, which recently received the title of the 2012 European Car of the Year. The ad features several pioneering athletes and their unique distance-oriented achievements — such as free-diver William Trubridge (101 meters on one breath), ultramarathaner Scott Jurek (165 miles in 24 hours), and pro mountain climber Steve House (41 hours, solo). The ad then shows the Ampera, which accomplishes “up to 360 mile range”.
