Yesterday General Motors received a whooping six awards from the U.S. News and World Report for the 2014 best cars for families. This is the second year in a row that GM received the best cars for families award throughout six different segments, more than any other automaker. The cream of the crop vehicles include:
These award winning vehicles blend quality, safety features and generous room for families of all sizes. In order to be eligible for these awards cars must have high professional automotive reviews, high safety and reliability ratings, accommodating seats, good cargo volume and complimentary family features.
“At GM, everything is about providing our customers with the best overall experience in the industry,” said Alicia Boler-Davis, senior vice president GM Global Customer Experience and Product Quality, in a press release. “Our cars and trucks deliver on all ingredients that create a winning formula for our customers.”

With all of these awards why do people still bash GM?
GM is a political target. Some people like to bash American cars. Other people remember GM in the past.
I love Buick & GMC. They, for me, represent the"old GM" that I remember as a kid.
