So this morning is was quite cold around -10°C and my trucks battery was dead, no worries I keep a spare in the heated shop, when placing the new battery into the engine bay I accidentally shorted out the leads on the WRONG TERMINALS so my question is what do I check from here. The truck is now completely dead nothing working at all, no lights. The truck is new enough it should have a fuse to protect the ecu/ecm so I am hoping it’s possibly just a fuse or relay, has anyone dealt with this in a similar model truck and know where a good place to start may be? Thanks in advance
      Cheers
