What is the technical reason a 2017 Sonic 5hb auto RS trim cannot be towed?

      No one seems to know the true reason since RS is a cosmetic pkg and not a model choice.It is an LT with RS badges. The 17 has no DLIS fuse. The cover for the fuse panel shows it but the fuse isn’t there and there are no contacts in that position of the fuse panel.
