I see thousands of posts here posting order numbers. Are tracking results actually being provided?
I’m waiting on dealer allocation to become available for a new Cadillac, at which time I will want order tracking information!

Not available. There is a message at the top of the page that states that GM Authority is no longer handling these requests.

Go to Cadillac.com, lower right on web page you can CHAT with agent. You will need order number and they can advise of status
