2021 GMC Canyon V6
I’m just try to gather information on GMC’s return policy. I don’t know if I’m under a time restrain or if this is a route I will need to explore.
I purchased a new 2021 GMC Canyon on Christmas Eve, finished paperwork about 1:30 pm, drove home parked the truck.
I looked over the paperwork and notice a discrepancy with the Extended Warranty. cost $2700 which I was under the understanding of $1400. but this is not the issue, I’ve already made three request to cancel, hopefully they will follow through.
Truck has shut down on me while driving 3 times. One of those time nearly accident. I’m only able to coast to the side to restart truck.
Took back to dealer for service. No finding, No codes. Make appt to leave truck for time to research.
Leave service only for truck to cut off again on the way home.
Next day return home key stuck in ignition. Won’t start, Can’t fully cut off.
Get key out, stuck again, get truck started take to dealer.
Leave truck, 24hrs check in still guessing the issue.
My research show I’m not the first with these issue.
What the return policy if I’ve received a lemon?
Truck unsafe to drive, Hopefully can get the key out.
Must i continue this process on New 2021 that had 3 miles?
