I am pretty sure I have seen this topic before, my 23 Sliverado LT has finally been built and on my dealer website it has the vehicle, the VIN # and just says an In Transit Vehicle. Without having to bug the dealer is there a way to track the truck. I am in Canada and the truck was made in Fort Wayne. Any info appreciated.

I would ask the dealer, you are not bugging them. You are paying a lot of $$ for a vehicle, they should be eager to help.

Up until a week ago you could log into chevrolet.com and go to support and their automated system would give you an update. Something happened last week I can’t get it to work any longer. Maybe your luck will be better.

My vehicle was ordered on June 10, 2022. I was told by the dealer that that vehicle was being built on June 10th. I have been calling weekly, and I get the same answer, “Your vehicle is complete, and it is assigned to transportation” Same story every call. It is sitting in Ft Wayne collecting dust. The number to call is 800 222 1020. You will need the VIN, or the order number. 2022 Silverado LTZ.

I ordered a 23 Silverado RST the first week of August. It was built the week of 11/14 in Ft Wayne. The dealer called today & said he can’t get any info on shipping & offered to send someone to pick it up & drive it back to Detroit if I was ok with that.
That’s not the call I was expecting & didn’t know that was even an option. I don’t want it sitting on a lot 200 miles away for months so I approved it. We’ll see what happens.
