upgrading my non touch screen to touchscreen in 2011 Terrain SLT 1

      I’m very new here ,a virgin so to speak. I have a 2011 Terrain SLT-1,it has what I assume is the standard radio has satelitte radio amfm single cd but does not have touch screen or navagation or the big screen, Can iIbuy an upgrade radio somewhere or from the dealer or a radio GM factory authorized radio dealer
