      I see a lot of tracking order posts. Does anyone get a response to that post?

      No replies at all. My husband’s vehicle was built 8/14/2024 & no one, including dealership, will give an answer. I am disgusted with Cadillac and how they treat customers.

      Other dealers can no longer check another dealers order. Have to check at the dealer you made your purchase from

      how do I get an order number. My dealer said GM will email me when it is accepted. I want to check if they have submitted the order and have allocation for this order?

        The day I ordered my vehicle,I was given a printout with the options and order number.

        Thanks for your replies. Went to dealer yesterday and talk to Manger and received my order number. Don’t know if I picked the right dealer, It took them 20 days to submit the order. Waiting on GM to accept.
