  My dealer is telling me that my 2015 Colorado was shipped on the 23rd but that it can be anywhere and they have no date of arrival. Is there anyone that can tell me where the truck actually is right now? Thank you. Jim Brodnicki

  I ordered a 2015 Yukon Denali xl 6 weeks ago. My dealer told me 6-8 weeks for delivery when I ordered it. I just did an online chat with GM on their website and she told me the order is only at stage 1100 which means the dealer only placed it and is waiting on GM to pick it up. There seems like there is going to have to be a miracle to get my car by 8 weeks seeing how GM hasn’t even acknowledged the order yet. Any thoughts? Order number is Skvszp just in case that helps anything. Thanks

  Online tracking service doesn’t seem to have been active for some time. I contacted the Chevrolet chat and they found my Sierra order in seconds. I now get email updates every Monday. (Finally a reason to look forward to the beginning of the week!!!)

  Folks, GM Tracking (the tracking website that @cm102068 is referring to) has been inactive for a while.
  
  As of right now, the best way to have your vehicle tracked at this point is to contact the brand of your vehicle via their website using the chat functionality as @vic1212 and @Dr Don suggest.

  I ordered a 2016 Silverado 6 weeks ago and the only thing that happened since then was that the dealer placed the order with GM (code 1100 as of today). Not sure how accurate the “6 to 8 week” production timeline is. So far, I am unimpressed with GM’s process for custom ordered vehicles….
