Hello,
My company recently ordered a 2017 Tahoe with the VIN listed above. The vehicle has been on the lot a few weeks and according to the dealer, they were going to deliver it on April 27th, but a supervisor was not able to meet. They then told us they couldn’t deliver because of a recall. We have since learned that the recall was fixed this week, but now they are saying we cannot pick up the truck due to they are waiting on the MSO. This is placing my company in a bad position and seems strange to me. I was seeing if someone could assist on if this is legit or something else is going on.
