The only two ways get the status of your order. One is to go to the website and then all the way to the bottom right there will be a chat icon. Type in Hi to get started the one of the options is track my vehicle. They will ask for info they need. I am currently tracking my 2021 Chevy 2500, been on order since October. This method works. Two…well, call the dealer you ordered from and ask them to look it up in the system for you.
Mine is a Chevy so I went to Chevy site but I don’t think it matters what site, but try the one for your brand of GM.
