Looks like the status-tracker on this website (or maybe the entire site?) is no longer maintained and doesn’t work. However, I found that you can check your order status online at the Chevy website. Go to the URL below and select the gray “Chat Now” box in the lower right corner of the page. It has an option to input your order number and they’ll look up the status for you. It was about a 1 minute wait for me and I didn’t have to create an account or anything, just input the order number and get the result.
