Your correct. I checked orders placed three weeks ago on this site or at least when the purchaser posted the request. No replies with order progress. Worthless site. GM connect was awesome. I tracked my Chevy Sonic back in 2014. I’m not going to continually call my dealer for progress. They have better things to do.
I went to chevy.com and chatted with a representative. I gave my order number and asked if my order is in the system. I’m in and hopefully by late May or early June I’ll have my new car. This is the best way to check. Why bother your dealership.
