ParticipantI am trying to find out the status of a vehicle that is said to have shipped from the factory. I do not have an order number as the dealership has not provided one. We have been waiting for almost three weeks and really have no idea when to expect it. 1GKS2MEF7DR269156 is the vin. I have tried gmconnects and have found that the service is no longer working. Any help is appreciated.

ParticipantGM put the crimps on GMconnects, they did not want it.
Have you checked with your dealer? Its showing up on his inventory. The way some dealers operate the vehicle may sit on the lot for a day or so till it goes thru pre-delivery before they call the customer and tell them its ready.

ParticipantHe advised us that it is still on the train coming from Salt Lake City on Sunday, but never provided a actual delivery date. They have had that photo online for weeks now. Would love to hear from a GM rep. Not a way to start a customer/GM relationship if you ask me.

ParticipantAccording to what I was told the “In Transit” goes away after the vehicle is delivered to the dealer.
Look at this vehicle at local dealer here and it shows in transit while your’s does not. I bet the darn thing is at the dealer. The SUV are built in Arlington Texas in case you do not know.
