Stalls, then runs when I disconnect Mass Airflow Sensor plug

      2001 Buick Regal LS,

      I replaced the Mass airflow sensor about two months ago. The car was running fine. It is not throwing a code at this time. But, last night it would not start. I had a tow truck come. They disconnected the MAF and it started right up.

      It had been stalling at times, at start up and while driving, for a few days.

      What could be the cause and what can I do about it?
