I have a problem with the MyLink Radio. I dont have the Smartphone Link anywhere in the system. I was able to pair my iPhone through Bluetooth. When I plug my iphone cable into the usb slot, nothing..Am i missing something? I dont have navigation in my truck but Im told I can have BringGo if I access the Smartphone Link / Selection in the dash screen or settings. I dont have it? Is it not standard with the MyLink radio or will I have to just do with the fancy 8″ radio and thats all. Was the update or installation maybe not done properly or is it not available If my system doesnt have Navigation? Any answers would help at this point

Click the ‘Media’ button (under the radio button) on the console 2 times until your smartphone connection appears. The first push should be CD and the second the USB connection.

I’m pretty sure the BringGo app is only available on the MyLink in the Spark, Sonic, and Trax (if it’s on your truck, it will show as an icon on the radio screen). However, if you have the 8″ radio screen, it’s an option to upgrade your radio to have GM Nav; not cheap, but possible.
