ParticipantHello all, first time post but long time lurker.
I ordered a refreshed Silverado High Country on 3/5 and it’s been in status 1100 since. My dealer is less than helpful. I’m wondering if anyone has taken delivery of a Silverado High Country with Super Cruise since the refreshed trucks started flowing from the factory.
I looked for articles about it but couldn’t find if that would delay the truck.
I was told 8-10 weeks but it’s been four with no movement and now to top of off, I received unexpected military PCS orders which is going to take me 900 miles away so if it’s not delivered by the end of June I’ll either have to travel back and drive it from VA to Miami, or walk away from the $1000 deposit.
Thanks to anyone that can confirm or deny the Super Cruise is actually shipping right now.

ParticipantI have a High Country w/o super cruise and I can say I ordered it in Mid Jan. It’s on a train now to Chicago so hoping to have it by the end of the month. The bigger question is does your dealer have an allocation to order this, and if not are there others in front of you and if so where do you stand in that line. For example when I ordered mine I wanted to Duramax 3.0 and the Sales Manager told me up front if they got an allocation for that it was mine and they did and it was. So from the point my order was submitted and accepted by GM was about 3 weeks, and then about another 3 weeks for production and then it sat for almost a month waiting on transportation from Sialo. At this point I’d try and have a serious talk with the dealer, I’d also stop by the JAG’s office with the contract and see if there’s a way out and get your deposit back. Good luck bro, and thanks for your service..

ParticipantThanks. I talked to the GM at the dealership today who is going to find out about allocation and where I stand for their dealership in any line.
They are a high volume dealer so I’m hoping they would have allocation but who knows.
He did mention that if the truck isn’t delivered they will refund the deposit so that’s good, but I want the truck so I’m hopeful it will be accepted by Chevy soon.
I can’t help but wonder if it’s the Super Cruise option that is holding up progress.
Thanks for the reply!
