I dont have apple products but I have two questions I cant resolve. I have a smsung galaxy s5 paired to 2014 cruze diesel. My first question is I can not tether with usb ,mirrorlink or use car mode. Is there a problem or is this normal. bluetooth phone works ok. the dealer first told me to upgrade my phone (moto g) .I hardly see any improvment between phones. Did I waste my money? Sorry best topic I could find to ask question Thanks.

@Richard Cranium what happens when you try to tether via USB? Do you get an error message of any kind?
Normally, what should happen is that it should display your folder structure and allow you to select folders/playlists and songs.
