Retrofit warranty?

      Once vehicles are retrofitted, will the warranty for the retrofit begin at that point even if the vehicle has 40000 miles on it?

      The retrofit will be covered under the terms of the factory warranty however if you had a problem with a kit I believe GM would have sense enough to step up and cover the problem but keep in mind it is GM.
