This trackinng service has just begun to operate and until it is fully up and running I guess we will need to exercise patience. For whatever reason GM does not provide a tracking service other than in the GM Chat and they are very general in responses not using the codes listed elsewhere on this forum.

@abh0714 Vehicle tracking by GM Authority is currently in beta, so we are still working out the processes and bugs.
Generally speaking, one should expect:
1. A reply with an update within 24 hours of posting
2. An update whenever there is a change in the status of an existing orderThat is generally speaking… so there might be exceptions to this.

It seems that this site does not have anyone responding… Maybe GM should consider taking it down rather than letting us feel like we’re talking to a wall and being ignored…. I’m spending $60k on a car. Would like a little service.
