IntelliLink radio keeps freezing on 2014 Buick Verano

      For about two months my radio freezes up when I start the car, then resets itself and then seems to be okay. Then after another start the screen goes black with no music or options; then, the screen lights up and back to normal. Any ideas about this? Another thing is that once the iPod touch has been connected through USB, it plays great for a while then it just stops and I have to unplug and plug it back in? Anyone else experiencing these situations?

      Image you tried doing a factory reset I the IntelliLink system? If not, I wouid highly recommend it before taking to a dealer. I saw a similar situation with a friend’s Opel Astra (Verano equivalent) and the factory reset fixed everything.

      You can access it in settings then go to reset.
