Radio connection to bluetooth iPhone 2011 GMC Canyon Crew 4WD SLE

      Hi Folks, I am New to the forum. I have a problem with the iPhone and the radio when calls come in I can’t hear the person calling nor can they hear me. This has just started happening, I have re-paired my phone to the radio, and checked to see that the phone is working in another car I have. The problem appears to be with the radio and I am at a loss at what to do next or who to contact. The Canyon came with ONSTAR access and I do not subscribe at this time. The radio is a AM/FM CD, XM satellite ready MP3, and works as intended besides this new problem. I am looking for any advice help, or contact numbers to GM, ONSTAR or Delco that anyone might provide to advise me on this.
