All of a sudden, my wife started having a problem with the Intellilink Bluetooth not recognizing her phone. When she received a call on her phone it did not appear in the vehicle and when she tried to make a call using the vehicle, it said no Bluetooth device connected. I tried numerous times to pair the phone with the radio with no success. After figuring out how to remove the device from the car phone listing, I managed to pair the phone as a new device. Now it works with the exception of the voice command does not connect with her phone contact list and if she say’s “call home”, it will not call the home number and instead it asked her the number to call. This happens with all the contacts on her Samsung phone. Does anyone have any insight about this? Coincidently, I changed my Sirius service from music to just the navigation yesterday. I figured that this might have had an effect and called Sirius but they said it has nothing to do with Bluetooth. I would appreciate any help with this, Thank You, John

John, is your vehicle equipped with the Intellilink radio?
