Spending almost 90k on a GMC Denali and GM won’t stand behind their work!!!!
Tailgate hits trailer hitch. Only one hitch will work properly and GM does not have it.
$1500 in damage with 256 miles on it. Poor Service! -
It’s the worst. It’s not even me. My kids think it’s cool to lower the inner tailgate and it makes me cringe every time

BM makes it for $399 and it does work………..(etrailer)

Here is a summary of the final resolution for your 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD, case number 9-9802659911.
Based on all the available information and careful review of your case, we are not able to provide financial assistance towards the cost of the repairs on your vehicle. This is neither a manufacturer’s defect nor a mechanical failure. In this circumstance, because of the reasons I just reviewed, cost assistance is not available for this issue.
