Worth a shot since the livechat option on the chevy website isn’t much help. Truck was produced 3/28/23 and is just sitting at the plant.

  I have the same issue. I sent an email to the CEO. It was handed off to the executive resolution team. I head back with in a couple of days. There answer is we are aware of the situation. We are experiencing a major logistics problem. The will try to expedite my truck to me.

The last few times I’ve tried the chatbot to track my order, I get transferred to a live person who refuses to give me a status. Instead they tell me to call my dealer.
