OnStar Smart Driver Not Recording Trips

      Has anyone else got information from OnStar Technical Support that if you have a trip less than 0.5 miles, it will not be recorded? And also, it may not record some trips > 0.5 miles the same day? I have had this happen more than once for both our 2019 Equinox and 2023 Trailblazer.
