I see that we can pay a yearly fee for OnStar services, this allows us to use the GM app to control the car and such, One of the benefits is remote starting a car with the app. I’m trying to find info on the specifications regarding this. I do not have a remote starter installed in my car. If I were to pay the yearly fee of $199 or $249, do you think a remote starter would be installed with the plan? Or, since I don’t have the remote starter, shouldn’t my yearly charge be deduced? Or do I just not qualify until I pay to have one installed? What do you think? Thanks!
Are you kidding? Should they fill your ride up when its low on gas. The plan is very clear when you signed up. If you dont have remote start then go to the GM website for your car and click the accessories link and see if a kit is available for your car.
