If you go on this link and then scroll down and view compatible GM vehicles with Onstar it says this:
Chevy : 2014 : Lists every Chevy car in its current line up including the spark and one called SS Performance
If this is true, than it confirms that the name of new RWD car will be SS Performance and its model year is 2014.
And for Caddy:
Cadillac : 2014 : Lists the ELR along with the ATS, CTS, XTS, and Escalade.
So this confirms that the ELR will be 2014my. I think releasing the ELR as a 2017 model on the Voltec 2 platform makes more sense than making the ELR as a 2014 model on the Voltec 1.5 platform.
