OnStar not working in 2009 Yukon Denali

      No green light on right side of mirror next to emergency button. Unable to figure out which fuse to check so I have checked nearly all of them on the left side of the dash as well as under the hood. Bluetooth phone feature does work but OnStar does nothing at all.

      Dealer says several hundred to “troubleshoot” before any repairs or anything which I feel is kind of ridiculous.

      Hey @ahoward.vt Sorry to hear about this, since these are actually really tough to diagnose.

      My first questions would be:
      1. Is there a light of any color on the mirror (like red), or is there no light at all?
      2. Am I right to assume the Yukon doesn’t have some kind of an extended warranty?
